4. Payments and Fees

5. Prohibited Activities
The Company agrees not to:

- Attempt to bypass the Platform’s payment or communication systems
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
6. Data Protection and Privacy
6.1 The Company agrees to use candidate data solely for recruitment purposes. 6.2 Sharing, selling, or misusing candidate information is strictly prohibited. 6.3 The Platform will handle personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
7.1 The Platform may suspend or terminate a Company account for violation of these Terms. 7.2 Upon termination, access to the Platform and related data may be restricted or removed.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The Platform is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from job postings or hiring activities. 8.2 The Company agrees to indemnify the Platform against any claims resulting from its use of the services.
9. Amendments
The Platform reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
